From : George W. Bush, President of the Universe
To : Steve Harper, Governor of the state of Canada
Dear Steve,
First, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize your numerous efforts to streamlines the rules and regulations governing the state of Canada. Your recent efforts to reinstate the death penalty; limit funding to women rights advocacy groups; support the War on Terror; open the Canadian market to more privatization especially in health and energy sectors; abandoned the Kyoto targets; as well as your legislative efforts to end the gun registry which would exponentially promote firearms sales in your own state are exceptional.
Washington has never seen in recent history such an important effort from your state and I would really like to take this opportunity to command you on all the important work you have done so far.
As you are surely aware, the American dollar is experiencing difficult times at the moment and such a difficult situation, combined with our determined military involvement in the Middle East have forced me to take difficult decisions.
Therefore, it is with great sadness that I must advise you today that your position as Governor of the state of Canada has been abolished in an unprecedent effort to streamline our great nation and maximize our efficiency.
Please be assure I am more than happy to provide you with pristine references would you wish to have any. Throughout the years of your life you have dedicated to our great nation, you have shaped forever the way people will for generations envision the core definition of Canada. Your fellow citizens will forever be proud of the work you accomplished.
Yours truly,
W.
